30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition,
and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Consumable products that have been opened (creams,
serums, gummies, whitening strips)
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@glamgo.shop with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return
3. Photo or video of the item
We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process
your refund within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or PayPal.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no
additional cost to you.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 35 business days of
your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will
investigate and resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a
trackable shipping method.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before filing
a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all issues
